Special Shipping Considerations

International Orders:

We ship to Great Britain, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Germany, and Japan.  We will ship to other countries on a pre-approval basis only.  Please be aware that:

• In most cases the manufacturer will first ship your order to us, and then we will ship your order on to you.  Please allow approximately 1 week for your shipment to leave the US.
• A $5 handling fee will be added to your order at the time your order ships.
• ACTUAL shipping charges from our location to your address will be added to your order at the time your order ships.
• At the present time, we are unable to calculate the total international shipping and handling fees in our shopping cart.  The amount you pay for shipping at the time you place your order will be deducted from the total shipping and handling fees.  You will be sent an invoice through PayPal for the additional shipping fees which must be paid in full before the order will be shipped. 
• You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and customs duties imposed by your country
• Your package will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail if available; otherwise, your package will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
• Your package will be marked "merchandise" and the value of the merchandise will be included on the customs form.
• Package delivery times may be several weeks longer than in the continental United States

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories, and PO Addresses

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories must be shipped by US Mail.  This also applies to orders shipped to PO Boxes and to APO and FPO military addresses.  In most cases, the manufacturer will ship your order directly to us and we will then ship it to you.  Unless you specifically request Priority Mail shipping, we will ship your package by Parcel Post.

• For packages larger than 12 cubic inches shipped by Parcel Post, a $10 surcharge will be added to your order at the time of shipping. 
• For packages larger than 12 cubic inches shipped by USPS Priority mail, a $20 surcharge will be added to your order at the time of shipping.
• These surcharges cover the additional shipping costs charged by the US Post Office for boxes over 12 cubic inches. 
• You will be sent an invoice through PayPal for the additional shipping fees which must be paid in full before the order will be shipped
• Please allow 1-2 weeks longer delivery times than in the continental United States.

Expedited Shipping

We may be able to offer expedited shipping options (UPS 3-day, 2-day, and Overnight) on a case by case basis.  Most of our products ship directly from the manufacturer.  Please contact us if you require expedited shipping on your order and we will let you know if this will be possible.  You will be invoiced for the additional shipping charges required for expedited shipping which must be paid before your order will be shipped.
