If you do not hear back from us, your spam filters or your ISP may be blocking our emails. We answer all email inquiries and process orders between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. every day except Sunday. If you want to place an order by phone, email us your phone number and the best time to call you. In order to maintain economical prices, we do not currently offer a paper catalog. Terms and Conditions: Please read this page carefully prior to placing an order. When you place an order either through our shopping cart, or through phone, fax, or email, you accept the terms and conditions listed on this page. How to Order By Shopping Cart: The easiest and most efficient way to order is by using our shopping cart. Our cart accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Our shopping cart is secure, using the most advanced encryption technology and secure socket layer to make sure your information is protected. To use our shopping cart, just click on the "Add to Cart" buttons. You may view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking "Shopping Cart" in the bar at the top of every page. To complete your order, just click the "Check Out" button on any of our product pages. Please make sure you include a valid email address and/or phone number when placing your order, so that we can contact you with information about the status of your order. If you do not feel comfortable ordering online, you may place your order by fax or mail. By Mail: You can print out our form and fill it in. Mail your form and payment to: Fleecies By Fax: Send your order with credit card information including card number, expiration date, and authorized signature to (806) 209-0024 Payments:We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, and American Express, personal checks, and money orders. Personal checks which are returned unpaid will have a $25 collection fee added to the total amount due, and may be turned over to your local prosecuting attorney if they are not cleared in a timely manner. We are not responsible for checks or money orders lost in the mail. Sales Tax We are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Texas, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Texas, US. What Happens When You Place Your Order: Your order will be processed and sent to the manufacturer within 2 days of the time your order is placed. The majority of our products ship direct from the manufacturer by UPS ground. Refer to individual product pages for approximate shipping times. Some manufacturers take longer to ship, so shipping times are approximate. Please also allow transit time, which is usually 3-7 days by UPS ground. Remember to allow more time if you are sending a check or money order. Some items may be backordered or out of stock. In this case, you will be notified and given the option of waiting for your order, choosing a substitute, receiving a full refund, or choosing a different product. If a reasonable substitute is available and you do not respond when we attempt to contact you, we may ship the substitute item instead. If the substitute is a higher price than the original item, you will be charged the original price. If the substitute is less expensive, you will be charged the lower price. Backordered items, special order items and custom-made items may take 6-12 weeks to receive. During peak periods and holidays (specifically the Christmas shopping season), your order may require longer to process and ship. You will be kept informed regarding any delays in shipment. Here are usual shipping times after your order has been processed for the manufacturers whose products we carry. Please allow extra time during the busy holiday shopping season. We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. Backordered items may take 6-12 weeks to ship. Because most products ship direct from the manufacturer, shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If you need an order by a specific date, please include a note in the "Special Instructions" box in the shopping cart, and we will make every attempt to get it to you in time. However, please be aware that since many items ship directly from the manufacturer, we are not able to offer expedited shipping options such as next day air in most cases. If we send a backorder or out of stock notification to you by email and you don't respond, your order will be cancelled and any charges will be refunded.
A Note About Shipment of Patch Magic Quilts and Accessories: Patch Magic quilts and home accessories are handcrafted and imported from India. Most of the products are cut to order - which means that the manufacturer starts to make your order once you place it. The quilts are completely hand-quilted and the rugs are hand-hooked and this takes time. Please be aware that many of these items may take 6-16 weeks to ship. In addition, unexpected delays may occur in the shipping of these products because of the nature of international shipping and manufacturing. Although we work closely with the manufacturer to keep up with your order, we have NO CONTROL over the length of time it takes to create and ship these items. If you need your order sooner, please email us first, and we will try to let you know if it is in stock or an estimate of when it can be expected to ship before you place your order. Please do not order Patch Magic quilts or accessories unless you are willing to wait - they are worth it! (Some of the products are available at an additional cost within 3 or 5 weeks time by special production and courier shipping - email us for more information).
International Shipping Fees: Your order will incur a $10 surcharge plus ACTUAL shipping charges to your country at the time your order ships. What Type of Shipping Do You Offer:
Shipping to PO Boxes or other addresses by US mail. If a manufacturer does not ship to a PO address, your order will be shipped to us first, and we will ship it on to you. This will delay your order by about a week. International: If a manufacturer does not ship internationally, your order will be shipped to us first, and we will ship it on to you. Your order will be shipped by USPS Airmail. When Will I Be Charged?Your credit card will be charged around the time your order is expected to be shipped. For most products, this means your card will be charged when you place your order or within 48-72 hours. We try to charge your card as closely as possible to the shipment date. For special order or backordered items, your card is not charged until the order actually ships. Since some orders ship directly from the manufacturer, unforeseen delays may occur between the time your card is charged and the time your order ships. If you have paid by PayPal, the money transfers immediately. Why Was My Credit Card Declined? Credit cards are authorized automatically through a card processor. We are unable to tell you why your card was declined. However, you can call us with your order number and we can try to put your card through manually if this happens to you. Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time prior to the day of shipment. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation by email. Once your order has been transferred to a shipping service for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. If you request a cancellation after the order has been shipped, then our return policy will apply and return shipping will be at your expense. If you refuse an order which has been shipped to you prior to our confirmation receipt of your cancellation, you will be responsible for shipping charges both to you and back to us. Prices: All pages on this website are coded by hand by a human. Occasionally an error may occur, either in the page coding, the product description, or the pricing, i.e., a $500 product may be priced at $50. In this event, you will be notified of the correct price and will have the option of cancelling your order or placing your order at the correct price. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We know that sometimes when you order over the internet, the product you receive isn't what you really wanted. For this reason, we are happy to accept returns.Defective or Damaged Products All Other Returns
We do not accept returns of products purchased at another store. We will not issue a refund for products returned more than 45 days after the initial shipment. You may elect to receive your refund in the form of Paypal refund, credit card refund, check or money order refund, or store credit. We do not resell returned merchandise here on our website. We do not accept returns of bedding products, including quilts, blankets, and linens, which have been slept on or have been washed unless the product is defective or under manufacturer's warranty. A Note about Tobacco Smoke Please contact us for a return label or return authorization before returning merchandise. Products shipped directly back to a manufacturer without prior authorization from Fleecies.com may be shipped back to you at your expense. We will not issue a refund or exchange if the original product is not returned, unless the shipping service has lost it (verified by tracking number and delivery confirmation slip).
