Some of our customers apparently haven't received our email responses to their questions. If this has happened to you (especially if you are an AOL or Yahoo customer), please check with your ISP about your "spam" settings. Your ISP may have placed our emails to you in your "bulk email folder" or you may have to change your permission settings to receive our emails. Our emails will always come from email@example.com if you need to adjust your permission settings. Your ISP will be happy to tell you how to access your spam folder if you are unfamiliar with the process.
